Turning Ideas into Realities

Faster, simpler & less wasteful
The estate spanned some 65 stores, all of which were unique. This made designing window/VM schemes, allocating and costing challenging. With little to no useful information held centrally, I initiated projects which enabled me to build a detailed database. This formed the basis for more effective processes and communications.
What I did:
-
Engaged individual stores and regional managers, avoiding the need for costly external auditing
-
Built master spreadsheets, featuring all window and VM spaces, identifying: store grading; window priorities; dimensions; photographs and equipment holding, etc.
-
Designed packs to share with partners, compiling appropriate opportunities for brand take-overs, particularly within beauty
-
Redesigned and significantly simplified store communications packs and allocation sheets
-
This far-reaching overhaul enabled a more agile and professional way of working, all whilst increasing accuracy and reducing waste
